If your ratio is below that and you have downloaded over 20Gb you are only permitted to seed until your ratio exceeds 0.3 again. If you are downloading ANYTHING you will be BANNED. do not let you ratio fall below 0.3 after having downloaded 20Gb or you are in VERY SERIOUS danger of being banned.
